Salwa maintains a broad real estate practice with a focus on condominium and subdivision development, acquisitions and dispositions, project financing, and commercial leasing. She assists builders with complex closings and is heavily involved in the day-to-day management of bulk condominium and subdivision closings.
Salwa earned her Honours Bachelor of Arts, with a double major in International Development Studies and Indigenous Studies, from Trent University in 2020, graduating on the President’s Honour Roll. Salwa received her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2023 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024.
During law school, she completed externships with the Advocacy Centre for Tenants Ontario and at Legal Aid Ontario. Salwa joined the firm as a summer student in 2022 and completed her articles with the firm before returning as an associate following her call to the Bar.
Outside of her practice, Salwa enjoys running, hiking, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
