Herbert L. Wisebrod, K.C. practices in the firm’s real estate and land development department. Herbert acts for many of the largest financial institutions, developers and homebuilders in all facets of real estate law.
Herb’s practice ranges from the initial land acquisition and financing to land development, commercial leasing and sales of commercial, industrial and residential properties. He was appointed Queen’s Counsel (now King’s Counsel) in 1981 and has his J.D. and LLM from Osgoode Hall and is a recipient of a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from York University and is a qualified mediator.
