Gerald Warner has accumulated 30-plus years of experience and insight into the practice of corporate and commercial law, real estate law and estate planning and administration, and joined SR in 2002.
In addition, Gerald has been involved in many business acquisitions (both asset and share purchase transactions) from negotiation to completion. His practice also includes numerous personal property security transactions and the negotiation and preparation of shareholder, partnership and joint venture agreements. In addition, Gerald handles a wide variety of commercial real estate matters focusing on commercial and shopping centre leases (generally for landlords/owners), purchases and sales of properties, land development and plan of subdivision registrations, acting for many of the leading institutional lenders.
Gerald earned an Honours B.A. in History from the University of Toronto in 1968. He obtained an L.L.B. from the University of Toronto Law School in 1972.
