Bernie Schneider is highly regarded for his substantial experience and expertise in commercial mortgage and real estate financings and in mortgage enforcement practice areas.
He represents a number of financial institutions with respect to lending on residential and commercial condominium projects, subdivision loans, apartment buildings, commercial, industrial and retail projects and also represents a number of financial institutions on mortgage enforcement for residential and commercial loans. Bernie was called to the Ontario Bar in 1972, having received a BCL degree from McGill University in 1969 and his LLB from Dalhousie University in 1970. He joined SR in 1973 and has been a partner since 1982.
Bernie is a member of the Donalda Club and participates in physical fitness, bridge and golf activities.
